Victorian hotel in a pretty quiet area right by a lovely garden even in winter, eateries and the nearest bus stop. Really helpful staff, brand-new rooms with TV, sofa. Such a very good stay on a spring or summer's visit🙂

Came in Freshwater to relax and have fun, this Victorian hotel was perfect place for doing it. Everything was really good as expected, though the bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was hearty and perfect, with vegetarian option and the staff was amazing. The location of the venue was unique - not too far from Horseshoe. The service was absolutely great!

The rooms are beautifully decorated and look like they're straight out of a magazine. You can see the sea and soak up the sun from an AMAZING view. the staff here are super nice and go out of their way to help you out. Plus, the beds are so cozy and comfy you won't want to get out of them! 😊
